Explore our comprehensive range of membranes to suit all waterproofing requirements and applications.
SureBond DR features an APP modified bitumen compound double reinforced with glass fibre and polyester reinforcements and is available in three thicknesses and two distinctive versions depending on project requirements. The unique properties of this particular membrane type where the reinforcements are placed asymmetrically with the glass fibre mat at the top, gives superior performance, including maximum protection from UV sunlight, dimensional stability, and high puncture resistance. The HP (high performance) version comprises an extra strong polyester reinforcement for engineering applications such as parking decks, tunnels, and bridges.
The membrane is self-protected, finished with talc, and has a life expectancy in excess of 30 years. SureBond DR can be used as a single-layer or as part of a multi-layer system with a variety of application methods. Various insulation types can be used with SureBond DR. The individual membrane types within this range are:
- SureBond DR Regular or HP
- SureBond Mono Underlay
- SureBond TO or SA Vapour Barrier

The SureBond SA System features a range of self-adhesive membranes developed to meet the need for improved safety by using flame-free installation methods removing the need for a naked flame associated with traditionally applied systems. All membranes within this range comprise polyester reinforced SBS modified bitumen with a special self-adhesive compound on the underside. The SureBond SA Cap Sheet is protected by a mineral surface and can be used independently (for example, as a detailing sheet where naked flames are forbidden) or as part of a multi-layer waterproofing system incorporating insulation providing a life expectancy in excess of 25 years.
PIR insulation is recommended for use with this system although other types may also be suitable. The individual membrane types within this range are:
- SureBond SA Cap Sheet
- SureBond SA Underlay/SureBond SA Vented Underlay
- SureBond SA Vapour Barrier
*Example specification. Substrate and insulation shown for guidance only.
The SureBond TO Premium System features an APP modified mineral surfaced cap sheet with superior polyester reinforcement and compound characteristics providing enhanced performance compared to similar products. The SureBond TO Premium Cap Sheet can be used independently or as part of a multi-layer waterproofing system incorporating insulation providing a life expectancy in excess of 30 years. PIR insulation is recommended for use with this system although other types may also be suitable.
The individual membrane types within this range are:
- SureBond TO Premium Cap Sheet
- SureBond TO Premium Underlay
- SureBond SA Underlay/SureBond SA Vented Underlay
- SureBond TO or SA Vapour Barrier
- *Any combination of underlays and vapour barriers can be used with the cap sheet.
*Example specification. Substrate and insulation shown for guidance only.
The SureBond TO System features a polyester reinforced APP modified mineral surfaced or self-protected, finished with talc, torch applied cap sheet. The SureBond TO Cap Sheet can be used independently as a single-layer membrane or as part of a multi-layer waterproofing system incorporating insulation providing a life expectancy in excess of 25 years.
The individual membrane types within this range are:
- SureBond TO Cap Sheet
- SureBond TO or Mono Underlay
- SureBond SA Underlay/SureBond SA Vented Underlay
- SureBond TO or SA Vapour Barrier
- *Any combination of underlays and vapour barriers can be used with the cap sheet.
*Example specification. Substrate and insulation shown for guidance only.
The SureBond Mono System features a polyester reinforced SBS modified single-layer membrane with exceptionally high performance characteristics specifically developed with speed and ease of installation by application using polyurethane adhesives to bond the membrane to the PIR insulation, and insulation to the vapour control layer. Where required, the side laps can be welded with hot-air equipment thus providing a completely flame-free application. The system is ideal to be applied to a new roof or on top of the existing waterproofing.
The cap sheet is protected by a mineral surface and the system has a life expectancy in excess of 25 years. The individual membrane types within this range are:
- SureBond Mono
- SureBond TO or SA Vapour Barrier
*Example specification. Substrate shown for guidance only.
SureBond Rapid
The SureBond Rapid single-layer membrane has been designed specifically to overlay onto existing aged mineral surfaced bituminous waterproofing systems and therefore extend the lifespan of the roof with minimum cost and disruption. The membrane comprises APP modified bituminous compound and polyester reinforcement with a special SBS compound on the underside which, when torched, melts quickly and flows easily to provide a high adhesive capacity and speed of application.
In most cases it is not necessary to prime the existing mineral surface. The individual membrane types within this range are:
- SureBond Rapid
- SureBond TO Underlay (for detailing only)
*Example specification. Substrate shown for guidance only.
SureBond EPDM
SUREBOND EPDM is a non-reinforced calendered single-layer cold-applied roofing membrane which provides superior durability, excellent low temperature properties, high puncture resistance, and a long service life. The membrane can be used in ballasted, fully adhered, and mechanically attached systems in both new construction and renovation projects.
Ideal for small roofs using single sheets without any overlaps or large construction projects using multiple sheets. The overlaps are joined using approved seam tapes and cover tapes, in conjunction with primers and other accessories where necessary.
- SureBond EPDM
- SureBond EPDM Fleece-backed
